Welcome back to work, Washington! Here are your must-read inauguration headlines this Monday morning.

Looks like DC will take a huge financial hit for hosting the inauguration. The federal government is chipping in just $15 million, and that's to be spread across all of Washington's major events next year. By comparison, President Bush's 2005 inauguration, which attracted 300,000 visitors, cost more than $17 million.
