What’s special: Dramatic elevated tees, undulating greens, strategically located hazards, and spectacular views greet golfers on this superbly conditioned course. After playing, stop by the Grill for lunch or dinner. For those interested in sustainability, the restaurant has implemented a Zero Food Waste program: All food scraps are composted into fertilizer on-site using a Japanese process that adds nutrients to the compost and helps improve the health of soil and plants. The course is just off l-70, west of Frederick.
