Up to 54 percent off sailing lessons at Chesapeake Sailing School
Chesapeake Sailing School in Annapolis will teach you the basics of sailing—including sailboat etiquette, safety procedures, and tacking (sea-speak for “actually sailing the boat”). You can pay $60 for a four-hour sailing session aboard the 22-foot Tanzer 22 (a $130 value) or pay $99 for a one-day introductory course (a $250 value). One voucher per person; you must be least 16 to participate.
$22 for wine-and-food tasting at Capitol Vineyards (a $48 value)
On Saturdays and Sundays, Capitol Vineyards in Delaplane, Virginia, offers winetastings with food pairings in its historic tasting room, built in the 1800s. This 54-percent-off deal gives you two glasses of Virginia wine along with whatever food is being served that week (past pairings have included crabcakes and bacon-wrapped dates). $60 for eight weeks of children’s music, dance, voice, or guitar classes from Life Music Academy (a $120 value)
Life Music Academy in Manassas offers music and dance lessons for children ages six months through teenagers. The eight-week spring session, which starts April 25, offers classes such as Music & Me for elementary-schoolers, Guitar for 5-through-12 year-olds, and Happy Feet Dance Class for three-through-six year-olds. Enroll your child for half off; one child per voucher, spring session only.

The laser skin-rejuvenation treatment at Althea Medspa in Leesburg uses lasers to tighten the skin while stimulating new cells to replace damage or aged skin. The full effect can be achieved over three or four visits. Try the treatment on your hands or face for 60 percent off; the deal expires October 17.
