Totes, clutches, and shoulder bags galore! By Amber Taylor

We all get frustrated with purses that don’t have enough room for our stuff. It’s even worse when they swallow up our belongings and leave you fumbling blindly for your keys. Why not get a handbag that’s just right for once? Try these custom-made designs on Etsy.

Opelle Creative uses buttery leather in shades such as “warmed silver” to make her understated but elegant bags. Fold-over clutch, ($82) and custom baby ballet bag (top right—$178).

The Aleina hobo walks the line between structured and slouchy. Ira Grant, $156.

Third Willow’s Pochette leather clutch comes in more than a dozen colors and snaps firmly closed to guard your ID and makeup during a night on the town. $88.

This stylized peacock Liberty print (bottom left) adds a fresh touch to a traditional clutch. Peppermint Designs, $62.

Eden’s Wake mixes tweedy texture with soft rosettes in this adorable bag, which comes with a smaller zipped pouch. Slate-and-ivory foldover clutch (bottom right), $45.

For those in need of a bit more room, this strapped shoulder bag from Definition of Self ($75) or layered pleat bag from Yorktown Road ($120) will carry your burdens in style.

Even non-vegans will admire the origami-like texture of Ninu’s all-natural totes and clutches. We like the Ninfea bag ($123), baby Ninfea ($56), and Piccola pouch ($27).
