Not quite lucky enough to score a ticket to Coachella? Us, either. But just because we’re on the opposite coast doesn’t mean we can’t get in on the music fest fun, too. Case in point: Sweetgreen’s Sweetlife festival, happening this Saturday. While we love a good fringed vest and an arm full of friendship bracelets as much as the next faux bohemian, we’re not about to part with our hard-earned cash for a festival dress that will look ridiculous 50 feet outside of Merriweather. So naturally we decided to do a little shopping for dresses that can pull double duty, and whipped up outfit ideas to prove it.

Dress: Plenty by Tracy Reese Phoenix Sunrise dress, $197.99 at Modcloth. Sweetlife: Raw-edge denim vest, $29.94 at Old Navy; Swedish Hasbeens peep-toe clog, $239 at Endless; straw panama hat, $19.90 at Alloy; Blu Bijoux double ring, $39 at Max & Chloe. Breakfast date: Lucky Charming tie-front blouse (worn over dress), $52.99 at Modcloth; basic sandal, $49.90 at Zara; leather pouch, $20 at Baggu; fox cocktail ring, $48 at Rachel Roy.

Dress: Anomalous hem dress, $59.99 at Romwe. Sweetlife: Betsy Johnson Busta sandals, $99 at Dillard's; Aerie terrycloth hoodie, $29.99 at American Eagle; braided friendship bracelet, $10 at Madewell; jeweled spike bracelet, $18.18 at Asos. Errands: Yellow Bird Miacomet cardigan, $68 at Anthropologie; Marchesa stud earrings, $29 at Stella & Dot; classic leather ballet flat in poppy, $125 at J.Crew; double-wrap braid belt, $121 at Linea Pelle.

Dress: V-front dress, $92 at Topshop. Sweetlife: Mint cropped T-shirt, $95 at Reiss; beaded rope waist belt, $68 at BCBG; Korkease wedge sandals, $170 at Lord & Taylor; By Boe wooden strap ring, $36 at 80's Purple. Dance party: Miss Wax tribal stack earring, $28 at Metropark USA; peep-toe bootie, $59.98 at Kelsi Dagger; Tryst bucket bag, $345 at Nasty Gal; The New Black Black Ice Glimmer nail polish duo, $10 at Nordstrom.
