Outfitted Pop-Up Boutique
Dreamed up in Los Angeles by Penelope and Coco cofounder Arielle Vavasseur, this pop-up boutique travels the country to bring a few of the Golden State’s stylish designers to the rest of us. This Saturday, local style maven Virginia Arrisueño—a.k.a. the creative brainpower behind accessories line DeNada—hosts the Outfitted shop at the Ulysses Room, where shoppers can peruse footwear from Penelope and Coco, vintage from Virgo Downtown, and the edgy-cool accessories of Luv AJ, plus a few newer lines such as Kova & T, Félicité, and M by Maggnolia. Final selling points: free Sprinkles cupcakes, Honest Tea specialty cocktails mixed up by local blogger Julip Made, and a raffle giveaway. Saturday 11:30 to 5. 52 O St., NW. RSVP to outfittedshop@gmail.com.
