We've got some exciting news here at Well+Being: This Saturday we'll be joining Virginia Hospital Center at its first-ever weight-loss event that will feature top experts in the field of weight loss, exercise, weight loss surgery, and overall wellness.

Best of all? It's free.

Dubbed “Beat the Scale,” the event opens at 9 AM with a healthy breakfast and is followed by an expert panel discussion, featuring experts like registered dietitian Jenna Christina and weight-loss surgeon Dr. JR Salameh.

Afterward, Well+Being will lead a Q&A, where you’ll be able to ask the experts any burning questions you might have, whether it’s if weight-loss surgery is right for you or how to shed those last five pounds to meet your goal weight.

We hope you’ll join us for this exciting and informative event! To register, call 703-558-6700 or sign up online at the hospital’s website

Virginia Hospital Center. 1701 N. George Mason Dr., Arlington.
