Valentine’s Day is the perfect excuse to give your love life a little TLC. But if you’d rather avoid a bellyache due to chocolate overload, we recommend getting those endorphins rolling and signing up for a couples’ fitness class.

Not only has exercising together proven to increase partners’ sexual desire, but heading to the gym or yoga studio regularly is sure to increase flexibility and strength, which can only help the health of your love life.
