Workout for Free at Washington Sports Club
One gym in the area is offering free access to its gyms for every day in August that tops 90 degrees By Melissa Romero

At least there’s one perk to the record-breaking temperatures this summer: Washington Sports Club is opening its doors to the public for free workouts every time it tops 90 degrees in August.

This offer is good for all hours except 4:30 to 7:30 PM Monday through Thursday, normally the busiest gym hours. Just reference “heat wave promotion” at the front desk and you’ll get your free workout. This offer excludes access to outdoor pools and you must be at least 18 years old. Bring a photo ID with you. And tell your friends in nearby cities: Boston Sports Clubs, New York Sports Clubs, and Philadelphia Sports Clubs are also participating in the offer.

There are 18 Washington Sports Clubs locations in Washington. To find the club nearest you, visit My Sports Clubs’s Web site.
