Because vino makes everything better.

An invigorating yoga session works wonders when it comes to relieving stress. Even better? Adding a glass of wine (or two) to the picture. Mark your calendars this month for the following vinyasa and vino events, starting with two classes this Friday.

Kelly DiNardo kicks off a monthly Vinyasa & Vino program this Friday at her Mount Pleasant studio, Past Tense. Following the yoga class, participants are treated to a free wine-tasting with First Vine, a local importer. Friday’s tasting includes two red wines. Can’t make the yoga sesh? No problem—the wine tasting is open to the public, too. Just be sure to bring an ID. $15.
