The Corcoran Gallery of Art’s third show in its “Now” series features contemporary Australian artists Claire Healy and Sean Cordeiro, who together create works from discarded objects and common household goods to explore themes of globalization and consumption. The installation “Are We There Yet?” draws on American culture and history with an installation created from familiar objects, while pieces from the artists’ ongoing series “Where We’ve Been, Where We’re Going, Why” use Legos to explore the legacy of humankind.
