45th Clifton Day Festival
User Contributed Published September 26, 2012
Event Details: Once again, Clifton will open its doors for a fun-filled Clifton Day Festival on Sunday, October 7, 2012. Jugglers! Bagpipe players! Unicyclists! Every year we add new vendors and activities and this year promises to be better than last. You’ll find new arts and crafts vendors and a wider variety of food offerings. The music line up this year is fantastic with foot stompin’ beats and incredible talent. Old time favorites are back, too, including pony rides, civil war reenactments, and children's activities.
This one day a year, the VRE runs a special train straight to historic Devereaux Station in the heart of Clifton. So bring the family - bring your friends! Join in the fall festivities - it’s bound to be a hoot! Festival starts at 9 a.m. and doesn't end until 5 p.m. Rain date is Sunday, October 14, 2012.
