Event Details: Join us Sunday, February 17th at Jordin's Paradise 2 from 1 to 4 pm or from 6 to 9 pm. Achieve inspiration with Vinyasa flow Yoga followed by meditation. Our class is for all levels, and designed to push you to your own limit, while incorporating a relaxing routine that makes you forget you are exercising. Then, let the creative juices flow as you sip on fine wines and nibble on healthy snacks, while being guided through a painting experience with acrylic paints. At the end of your session you will feel relaxed, clearheaded, and rejuvenated. In addition, you will have a piece of art to display which you can be proud of.
