Calling all kids who are interested in learning about healthy eating, nutrition, exercise, and an overall healthy lifestyle! Join us at the Junior League of Washington's Kids in the Kitchen on Saturday, March 2nd (10:00 AM - 2:00 PM) at the YMCA National Capital (1711 Rhode Island Avenue, NW). There will be activities galore for kids of all ages including cooking activities, yoga, sports games, unique demonstrations, guest chefs and nutritional experts. Kids in the Kitchen aims to empower youths to make healthy lifestyle choices and help reverse the growth of childhood obesity and its associated health issues.
