Did you know what you eat affects your breast milk, which affects your baby? Did you know that eating well for breastfeeding is not the same as eating well for your pregnancy? On Sunday, February 17, 2013 Let Breastfeeding Chef, Ebeth Johnson and Kate Miller, certified yoga instructor and childbirth doula inform you on how take care of your body and support healthy milk production. Meet the ladies at Flow Yoga Center in D.C. from 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm for the affordable price of $40.00.
Learn how to open up tight shoulders and let go of tension with a few easy yoga postures and relaxation techniques. Become knowledgeable on which foods support milk production and which ones don’t.
