Washingtonians are invited to come in from the cold and Warm Up to a Museum. Local cultural institutions team up to offer more than 25 free programs including gallery talks, film, lectures, tours, and more designed to warm body and soul.  At a time when few tourists are in town, Warm Up to a Museum is a chance for locals to reclaim their favorite cultural institutions – and the perfect incentive to brave February winter weather.

New this year, program attendees can enter to win an Apple iPod touch and prizes donated by Cultural Tourism DC members. Participants are asked to bring the Warm Up to a Museum postcard (also available as a PDF at WarmUptoaMuseum.org) to an event, complete the contact information, and drop the card in the Warm Up box found at every program.
