With the Democratic convention coming up August 25 through 28 in Denver and the Republican convention September 1 through 4 in Minneapolis, voters with a sense of humor might want to stop by the exhibit “Herblock’s Presidents: Puncturing Pomposity,” which is what the late cartoonist did for 56 years at the Washington Post.
