Join K. Vinod, Chef/Owner of Indique Heights restaurant, as he takes you on a culinary journey through India with his three-part interactive cooking classes. Classes begin on October 18th with North Indian cuisine and continue once per month through December. The cooking classes are $55 each and are inclusive of a cooking demonstration, a three-course lunch with wine, and recipe cards for each dish. Class Schedule Saturday, October 18: Northern India Chef Vinod will teach students how to make the perfect vegetable samosa and other Northern Indian dishes Sunday, November 2: Southern India In this class Chef Vinod will demonstrate dishes such as the Kerala Fish Curry inspired by the coastal location of Southern India, and Lemon Rice, a component no Southern Indian dish would be complete without. Wednesday, December 3: The Street Snacks of India In the grand finale of this cooking class series Vinod will demonstrate India's iconic street snacks. This class has nine dishes including the Mini Dosa from the South to Bhelpuri from the West.
