In the Black Box theater is a new film by Guido Van der Werve, who in the past has filmed himself playing the piano on a float in the middle of a lake and standing for 24 hours at the North Pole to make a point about the earth’s rotation. In his new work, “Nummer Acht (#8): Everything Is Going to Be Alright,” he walks seemingly blithely in front of a large ice-breaking ship as it lumbers through Finland’s frozen Gulf of Bothnia. Closes October 11.
