Hip Hop takes over Dance Place this November 7 – 22, 2009 as we give the floor to D.C.’s finest hip hop artists, as well as up and coming performers throughout the area. Seven heart-stopping public performances span three weekends and demonstrate the diversity and excitement of the hip hop culture. For dancers and hip hop artists, there are opportunities to show your stuff at our Master Class and Open Mic/Dance Cypher, guaranteed to bring out your innermost hip hopper.
