This film festival features 155 documentary, animated, archival, experimental, children’s, and feature films at various DC and Maryland venues. This year’s theme is food and the environment. The opening-night film is Gasland; closing night is Carbon Nation, a world premiere. Most screenings are free and include discussions with filmmakers and experts.
