Dr Michael Blicher is a native of the Washington, DC area and is a graduate of the University of Maryland School of Dentistry. He served as a dentist in the U.S. Air Force prior to entering private practice.

Dr. Blicher has been in practice in downtown DC for over 25 years. His practice focuses on preventive, cosmetic and restorative dentistry in a gentle, caring environment. Dr. Blicher keeps his practice up to date by attending many hours of continuing dental education every year and he is one of a select number of dentists who was selected to evaluate dental products and materials for a leading clinical research group.

Dr. Blicher is a past president of the DC Dental Society and still serves on a number of the Society's committees. He also serves on a national council for the American Dental Association, and he occasionally presents courses for other dental professionals. He has been listed in The Washingtonian's "Top Dentist" list in every listing since 1997.
