A Return To New Haven for Williams & Connolly’s Brendan Sullivan

There's good news and bad news when you get a mistrial.

In the good-news/bad-news department: Williams & Connolly’s Brendan Sullivan succeeded in getting a second mistrial for client Walter Forbes, former CEO of Cendant Corporation, who was accused of misusing company funds. The bad news is that after virtually living in Hartford, Connecticut, for the past 18 months, Sullivan will likely see yet another trial. Until prosecutors decide what to do with Forbes, Sullivan has gone to New York to defend former New York Stock Exchange head Dick Grasso on similar charges of corporate greed.
