The original Dogfish Head brewery in Rehoboth now has two siblings here where you can get a full meal with that 90-Minute IPA or Indian Brown. The craft brews upstage most of the food, but the burgers are first-rate. Whether topped with Gorgonzola and portobello or smoked bacon and cheddar, the half-pound patties are well seasoned and juicy, served on a lightly grilled bun with a side of spiced “beach fries.”
