The beef-and-Guinness and shepherd’s pies are tasty, but this appealing Scottish pub, with its dark-wood backdrop and cozy fireplace, also serves a mean burger. A prodigious single-malt roster may tempt you to forgo a beer with your burger and have a wee dram of Scotch instead.

We've been going to Royal Mile Pub for years - excellent burgers, and we've never been disappointed with the Irish pub offerings (the lamb stew is really tasty, and corn beef and cabbage is traditional, the way it's supposed to be). We also like More ...
