A youngish international crowd sips cocktails and sups on small plates such as fried mini-meatballs and potato-prosciutto croquettes, while boomers in the dining room dig into salads of arugula and shaved fennel, bowls of fettuccine Bolognese, and meaty, wine-steeped short ribs with mashed potatoes.
