The outdoor patio is a madhouse on weekend nights—and not just because this Columbia restaurant affords a lake view. The real attraction is the sushi, which is well cared for and artfully presented. Look for chu toro, which the kitchen has flown in from Japan on occasion: two thick bands of saltwatery marbled pink fish, at once firm and melting.
