Why go: Juicy burgers with high-quality toppers and a toasted, briochelike bun are the main draw, but sides are also well done at this roomier sibling of Urban Bar-B-Que.

What to get: Bacon-and-bleu-cheese burger; chili burger; crunchy coleslaw and eggy potato salad that aren’t all about the mayo; cheddar-flecked mac and cheese; smoky pork ribs, a crossover from Urban Bar-B-Que; fried Twinkie with vanilla ice cream and a drizzle of caramel, the definition of a guilty-pleasure dessert.

Best for: Sports teams; families with kids; diners seeking a better-than-fast-food burger in a fast-food setting.

Insider tip: Attention backyard pit masters: A pack of 30 uncooked burger patties to go sells for $50.
