If you like it spicy, the Pakistani Ravi Kabob House (305 N. Glebe Rd., Arlington; 703-522-6666) is the place. Halal lamb ($19.99) or chicken karahi ($17.99) is fragrant with ginger, garlic, and cilantro. Portions feed two and include fluffy basmati rice and pita. Other skewers—fiery yogurt-marinated lamb chops, milder chicken on and off the bone, and the ground meat seekh kebab—are succulent and beautifully seasoned ($7.99). The house chickpea stew, lahori choley ($2.99), makes a nice foil for the meats.
