Bentos ($8.75 each) at Teaism (800 Connecticut Ave., NW, 202-835-2233; 2009 R St., NW, 202-667-3827; 400 Eighth St., NW, 202-638-6010) have a healthy bent. Brown rice is a given. Teriyaki salmon gets crunchy edamame and cucumber-ginger salad, while seared slices of rare tuna are shored up with broccoli and sweet potatoes drizzled with miso sauce. The newest bento brings together a hand roll of tea-cured salmon with miso mayo, nori, cabbage, and daikon.
