(pizzabolis.com; $9.99 for large cheese; $1 delivery fee at some locations). Tasters liked the “real!” cheese and zesty, spice-flecked tomato sauce. Several of the other pies had barely a trace of sauce and too much cheese—this one had just the right mix. And the crust struck a nice balance between crisp and chewy.
