The busy High Noon cafes have been taken over by this Seattle-based chain. At first glance, little seems changed, but look closer: The all-organic menu offers more enticements. Hit the salad bar ($7.99) to craft your own tossup—ingredients include wild salmon, curry chicken, and bleu cheese. Among the generous sandwiches, we like the homey Mom’s Meatloaf ($7.49) tucked between slices of thick white bread. Open for breakfast and lunch.
