A sweet stew of tender short rib ($16.50) is arrayed with rice, green salad, and a slab of tofu in dashi broth, and the generous sushi box ($16.50), with tuna, salmon, whitefish, shrimp, and California rolls, gets a side of creamy seaweed salad. At dinner the bentos are more expensive ($19 to $25) but include an order of ultralight tempura.
