Teriyaki salmon gets crunchy edamame and cucumber-ginger salad, while seared slices of rare tuna are shored up with broccoli and sweet potatoes drizzled with miso sauce. The newest bento brings together a hand roll of tea-cured salmon with miso mayo, nori, cabbage, and daikon.
