After a successful year hidden in back of a Japanese market in Bethesda, this noodle shop has relocated. The menu and prices are the same: four broth flavors (miso, soy sauce, salt, veggie) with a choice of such toppings as fatty and roasted pork, coddled egg, and corn. The soup, which starts at $10, is made with Sapporo-sourced noodles and may be even better than before.
