How will NASA's three remaining space shuttles make it to their new homes?

NASA’s three remaining space shuttles–Discovery, Endeavour, and Atlantis–have retired and will soon go to museums or visitor centers across the country. Delivering the shuttles to their new homes is like a game of musical chairs. As part of the reshuffling, Enterprise, which has been on display at the National Air and Space Museum’s Udvar-Hazy Center near Dulles Airport, will move to the Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum in New York City. Discovery will move from Florida’s Kennedy Space Center to take its place at Udvar-Hazy.
