Dr. Bailey has been practicing dentistry since she graduated from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry in 2000. She brings a unique comprehensive depth of understanding to overall oral health and well-being having been a practicing general dentist for 8 years before deciding to specialize in orthodontics here in Washington, DC.
Dr. Bailey is committed to being the best choice in orthodontics for children, teens, and adults in Washington, DC. She brings an attention to detail, an artistic eye, and a Minnesota-nice demeanor to her patients. Additionally, she is proud of the exceptional team she has assembled, and is rewarded by the positive feedback she and her team routinely receive from her patients, and, most importantly, the beautiful smiles they deliver on a daily basis.
Dr. Bailey is proud to have served as an attending clinical and didactic faculty member of Washington Hospital Center and has extensive experience treating complex jaw surgery cases in combination with orthodontics. She is a Top 1% Provider of Invisalign for both adults and teenagers; meaning she has more experience and expertise using the Invisalign product than almost anyone. She has lectured orthodontists, general dentists and other specialists both locally and abroad. She is also a proud member of the Schulman Study Group, an invitation only study club made up of some of the top 125 orthodontic practices in North America. In addition, she co-leads a Spear Study Club helping educate local general dentists and other specialists while fostering a commitment to exceptional collaborative patient care. She is also a member of several other local study clubs.
