Our culinary team takes extra steps to ensure your food is made from scratch with the best ingredients possible. Every ingredient is sourced in season from local farms or small distributors. In 2012, the US Healthful Food Council, verified us REAL as the first caterer in the country to be distinguished for serving fresh, wholesome, eco friendly foods.
