Dr. Scott Faucett serves as the Director of the George Washington University Hospital Hip Preservation Program, the only program of its kind in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. As the leader of a multidisciplinary center of sports medicine physicians, physical therapists, and radiologists, he is focused on comprehensive patient care, research, and education in adult hip conditions such as Femoroacetabular Impingement, Hip Dysplasia, Hip Abductor and Hamstring Injuries. Dr. Faucett joined Centers for Advanced Orthopaedics-The Orthopaedic Center Division in 2016 as an orthopaedic and sports medicine surgeon specializing in hip preservation, complex knee injury, and sports medicine. “Through our advanced rehabilitation and surgical techniques, we are able to get our patients back to an active lifestyle, while avoiding the need for hip replacements in the future.”
