Kara V. Richetti is the Co-Founder of the Red Key Group at KW Metro Center. After a fulfilling career as an Intelligence and Counter-Terrorism Analyst for the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, Kara traded in her security clearance for a lockbox key and launched the Red Key Group at KW Metro Center in pursuit of her life-long passion for real estate.

Kara was born near some of the most beautiful turquoise water and white sand beaches in Florida and grew up living and loving the Sunshine State right through graduating from Florida State University in 2000. After meeting her husband, Ryan, and spending almost every vacation day visiting friends and family in beautiful Virginia, she knew that it would only be a matter of time until the two of them expanded the Red Key Group to the DC Metro area.

Kara has personally and professionally bought and sold countless properties and has become an expert in residential, investment, and vacation properties from the Florida Panhandle to the Potomac River. Her keen understanding of real estate markets and her remarkable ability to advertise properties provides Red Key Group clients with consistent and profitable results.

Whenever Kara is not busy finding her clients’ dream homes and negotiating the best possible deals for Red Key Group listings, she is likely; working out, playing tennis, hiking, or pretty much anything outdoors with her husband Ryan, her son Roman, and their Shar-Pei Rio.

Kara is a licensed Associate Broker in Virginia and Maryland, and a licensee in Washington, D.C., and Florida.
