Charm City Junction at the Kennedy Center Millennium Stage

If you’ve never heard a button accordion played live, here’s your chance. Baltimore-based Charm City Junction brings their eclectic, acoustic-roots sound to DC. 6 PM.

THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 26

Turkey Fry at Medium Rare (Barracks Row)

If you just can’t get down with basting and poppers, bring your turkey to Medium Rare’s Barracks Row location for a complimentary fry. And while you wait, make a donation to DC Central Kitchen. First-come, first-serve; bring your own (fully thawed) turkey and something to carry it home in. 11 AM to 2 PM.

FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 27

Downtown Holiday Market on F Street Between 7th & 9th

For the 11th year in a row, a two-block stretch of F Street will transform into a 60-vendor Christmas market. Stock up on craft, artisanal, and ethnic gifts for the holidays. Noon to 8 PM; runs through December 23.

SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 28

Plaid Ride 2015 from BicycleSPACE Adams Morgan

Don your best plaid and bike from BicycleSPACE Adams Morgan through a bunch of DC neighborhoods on your way to Bardo. There awaits food and drink, games, and more. Depart from BicycleSPACE at noon (ride should last about an hour and a half).

Made In DC Holiday Marketplace at DC Brau Brewing Company

More than 15 DC vendors will convene at DC Brau’s Northeast headquarters, organized in partnership with Think Local First DC. Pick up everything from local pottery to cold-brew coffee while you much on food truck fare and jam to live music. 1 to 7 PM.
