Aimee Mann

It was probably inevitable for Mann to release an album called Mental Illness. For decades, she’s written razor-sharp songs filled with characters suffering from depression, anxiety, or existential crises that would make Sartre proud. The Virginia native offers a night of melodic angst from her new record as well as songs harking back to her days with the ’80s new-wave band ’Til Tuesday. Singer/songwriter Jonathan Coulton opens.
