What if the DC sniper crisis of 2002 had turned the city into something straight out of 1984? That’s the alternate reality at the center of Navid Azeez’s play, set in a fictional Washington neighborhood called Forest Treás during the attacks. In the name of safety, residents decide to film one another’s every move, and the ensuing paranoia creates the Nextdoor network of our nightmares.
