As a prelude to Valentine’s Day, Folger Consort offers a magnificent buffet of romance and poetry in the gothic splendor of the Washington National Cathedral with chansons and madrigals on food, drink, and love by French and Italian Renaissance composers such as Janequin and Lasso.
