The Return

A US premiere by Palestinian playwright Hanna Eady and Seattle writer Edward Mast, this mystery is set in the Israeli city of Herzliya, where a Palestinian mechanic encounters a Jewish woman from his past. But keeping watch on the pair is the play’s “third character”: the state surveillance apparatus, which hovers above this story of attraction and betrayal.
