Jackie Greenbaum established herself as the queen of suburban chic with Jackie’s in Silver Spring. Her foray into DC is this valentine to Mexico’s bold street foods, among them an irresistible grilled corn on the cob and a lusty, porky posole. The most fun dish is the sloppiest: a pork torta drenched in chili sauce that comes with plastic gloves. But why bother with them? Knock back enough mezcal and you won’t care about the mess.
