Despite the question of whether and how the city may regulate home-sharing, Washingtonians with extra rooms or condos have realized you can often make more listing a place on Airbnb than renting it out per month. The industry analysis firm Airdna says DC Airbnbs rent for $130 a night on average, but high-end listings are going for much more.
