Education:

A Northern Virginia native, Dr. Casagrande attended Sunrise Valley Elementary School and South Lakes High School in Reston, Virginia. After graduating from James Madison University, he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree, magna cum laude, from the Medical College of Virginia (MCV). In addition to his dental degree, Dr. Casagrande also earned Master of Science and Orthodontics degrees from the Medical College of Virginia. During his time at MCV, Dr. Casagrande received grants from Pfizer for work on his master’s thesis. He remains part of the Medical College of Virginia as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Orthodontics, teaching residents to become orthodontists.
