addition and head for the staircase—it leads to one of the nicest roof
terraces south of Pennsylvania Avenue. The wood paneling, breezy vibe, and
salsa soundtrack give the space a Caribbean feel even though the menu is
technically Mexican. Margaritas come in flavors ranging from passionfruit
