Lisa Kirchenbauer, is Founding Partner & Senior Advisor with Omega Wealth Management, in Arlington, Virginia founded in 1999.  She has been in the financial services industry since 1985 and is a CFP®, Certified Private Wealth Advisor®, Registered Life Planner® and Certified Financial Transitionist®.  Lisa is considered a leader in the field of financial life planning and transition management, helping women and multi-generational families navigate the human & financial complexity of wealth for a life without regrets. 

She has published several articles in the Journal for Financial Planning, as well as being quoted in numerous industry and consumer publications.  In 2018, Investment News named her a “Woman to Watch” and has been included for a number of years on the annual Washingtonian and Northern Virginia magazines’ top advisor lists. She was also named to the Washingtonian Top Wealth Advisors Hall of Fame in 2023.  And in 2024, Lisa was named to the inaugural Best Financial Planners list on Money.com and in 2025, the firm has been named to the Newsweek Top RIA firms in the US. Several years ago, Omega became a Certified B (Beneficial) Corporation- a global standard for sustainability in business.  

In her spare time, Lisa spends winters in Sun Valley, Idaho enjoying skiing with her husband Jim.  During the rest of the year, she resides in Arlington, VA enjoys travel, hiking, playing classical percussion and other wellness & personal growth pursuits.  Lisa is the mother to young adult sons, including twins.
